Victor and Shaun have been friends since childhood, sharing not only a neighborhood but also a vision for its revitalization. After years of pursuing different paths—Victor studying business at Pacific Lutheran University and Shaun studying economics at the University of Washington—their paths converged once more. Inspired by the potential they saw in their hometown, they decided to combine their skills and passion to breathe new life into neglected homes and revitalized neighborhoods.

With a clear mission in mind, they founded their enterprise to serve as a catalyst for change.
